Therapeutic Yoga is a w-holistic healing and preventative approach to health and wellbeing, which will be tailored to suit you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As with most things, this type of therapy takes time, patience and perseverance.
What to expect
These sessions will be completely tailor made and suitable on a 1:1 or couple basis. The initial session will be a consultation to discuss what you need and what you would like to achieve. A personalised plan will then be created for you which will be a combination of in-person sessions and tailor made videos for you to follow. Depending on your needs sessions will include some discussion, yoga practices: warming up movements, dynamic movements, poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Advice will also be given from a yogic perspective on diet, reading material, general health, lifestyle and well-being. Home practice suggestions will be simple and enjoyable to enable you to incorporate them into you daily routine.
