CLASSICAL YOGA Classes at St Cattwgs, Llanmaes Village Hall
Joining these classes is a wonderful opportunity to stretch, strengthen, breathe,and relax. This Class is taught in a very traditional way as we move through Jattis (warm ups), Asana (pose), Vinyasa (flows), Pranayama (breath work) and Savasana (relaxation). Everything is taught step by step encouraging you to listen to your body, move with your breath and work at your own personal level

Mondays - 9.15am
This Class is suitable for both men and women with some previous knowledge of Yoga Practice.
Fridays - 10.45am
This is a gentle Class suitable for both men and women of all abilities including complete beginners.
Spaces for both classes are limited and must be Pre-Booked.
