Gentle Exercise for Mothers with your baby
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum until your baby is crawling
These sessions are specifically designed to help nurture, strengthen
and balance your post natal body physically, mentally and emotionally.
Through gentle stretches, mindful movement, breath work, and simple meditations these relaxed classes will help you to regain strength, improve energy levels, and find a sense of equilibrium with your baby at your side
What to expect
Expect an easy going environment for you to exercise with other mothers and their babies. You will have your own space where you will be provided with a chair for feeding, a mat for your baby and room for your buggy or car seat. You will need to provide an exercise mat for yourself and a blanket for your baby. There are changing facilities and a kitchen available at the venue should you need them.
The class will run for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes
55 minutes yoga practice and 15 minutes for a drink and a chat.
Tea, coffee and healthy biscuits are provided :)
No Previous Yoga experience is required
Please be aware these are not a baby yoga classes
Classes are currently available 1:1 or in a small private group
