All of the Pregnancy yoga sessions I will share with you are designed specifically with the pregnant body in mind. This Gentle exercise supports you from 12 weeks pregnant until the birth of your baby. We will follow calming sequences, controlled stretching, breath control and practice mindfulness to strengthen the connection between you and your baby.
Pregnancy Yoga can help you:
Increase your strength
Build endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
Help decrease back-pain, nausea, headaches and other gestational issues.
My classes will involve using different warm ups, flowing movements with the breath and some specific breathing work that can really help prepare for the birthing experience. We will also follow relaxation techniques to naturally bring you back into balance with yourself and your baby helping you to slow down from your busy lives.
No previous Yoga experience required and All Abilities Welcome. Pregnancy Yoga is Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant to the birth of your baby.
